एल. सी. डी. डिस्प्ले क्या होता है? / what is LCD DISPLAY? / Explain Liquid Crystal.

Dosto calculators, digital watches, smartphones, tabelets, t.v. , laptops , computers sabhi  jagah aapne LCD DISPLAYS  k bare me jarur suna hoga to aaj mai aapko bataunga ki lcd displays kya hote hai aur ye kis tarah kaam krte hai.

                 Dosto agar hum baat krte h kisi bhi display k bare me, maan lijiye color display hai ya color tv ka screen  hai ya  aapka laptop ka screen hai to aise me hume kuch cheeze chahiye hoti hai jaise……

  1.     Sabse pehle humko chahiye light, kyuki light hogi to hi aap dekh                  paayenge.
      2.      Dusri cheez jo hume chahiye color,  kyuki color nhi hoga to aap                    dekhenge kaise aapko sub kuch white nazar aayega maan lijiye.
      3.    Humko chahiye ek aisa tarika jiske jariye hum un lights ko control bhi         kar paaye.

Ye jo 3 major components hai,  yahi chahiye hote hai kisi bhi display me aur LCD DISPLAYS  me bhi aapko yahi sab dekhne ko milta hai.

Ab agar mai baat krta hu lcd ki to iska full form hai “LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY”.

Ab sabse pehle aapke dimaag me dhyaan aayega ki ye liquid crystal kya cheez hai, normally hum sab ne school me ye padha hai ki  jo पदार्थ है वो 3 stage me exist krta hai
        1.    Solid
        2.    Liquid
        3.    Gas

Lekin dosto ye jo LIQUID CRYSTAL hai ye na to liquid hai, na hi to solid hai,  ye kahi beech me aata hai, lekin iski jo property hai wo kisi crystalize solid se match karti hai, matlab ki jo uske ander molecule ka arrangment hai, wo  ek particular pattern me hota hai lekin… wo ek fix shape  (matlab solid form me) nhi hota hai .

                               

                                           

Ab ye jo liquid crystal hai, yahi humari madad krta hai, aur yaha pe ye alag alag variety ka hota hai, Ye Nematic hota hai , Symmetric hota hai. lekin hum use  krte hai yaha pe TWISTED NEMATIC LIQUID CRISTAL ka, aur yaha jo arrangement hai molecule ka wo is tarah se hota hai ki wo “twist hota hai 90 degree ke angle  pe “

Ab agar mai aapse baat krta hu light ki jo aap normally  सुरज se dekhte hai, kahi bhi aapko light sorce se milti hai,  to wo basically ek NON POLERISED LIGHT hoti hai, matlab ki jo light waves hai wo har ek plane me ekdum तेडी-मेडी bikhri hui hai, lekin agar aap waha ek POLERIZATION  FILTER laga de,  agar aapke paas ek horizontal polarization filter hai ya aapke pas ek vertical polarization filter hai to  wo jo filter hai wo us particular plane ki lights ko filter karega aur aapko uske baad sirf wahi light wave dekhne ko milegi .

  


Agar aapse baat krta hu kisi bhi normal polarized sunglass ki , agar aap usko lagate hai to light thodi si dim ho jaati hai , aapko extra chamak jo hai wo dekhne ko nhi milti hai, aur aapko milti hai ekdum clean polarized light, jo ki HORIZONTALY ya VERTICALLY koi bhi ek phase me POLERIZED hoti hai.


Ab normally Jo LCD DIPLAYS hai, waha pe ek backlight hota hai, usse jo light nikal rahi hai waha pe hum lagaate hai ek polarization filter, for example humne lagaya ek VERTICAL POLERIZATION FILTER,  to aise me jo filter k baad me jo light aai, wo aai sirf vertically polarized.

Wo jo vertically polarized light hai uske aage laga hota hai ek  LIQUID CRISTAL ELIMENT  to ye us light ko twist kar dega, to aise me dosto jo wo vertically polarized light hai, wo crystal ke paar jaati hai to wo ban jaati hai horizontally polarized light, aur uske baad me aage ek horizontal filter laga hota hai jo usko aage jaane me madad krta hai aur aapko baad me aage wo light dekhne ko  mil jaati hai.




Lekin jab hum us liquid crystal me jab koi voltage ko apply krte hai, to aise me wo jo uska twisted macanism hai, wo hat jaata hai aur wo ek straight pattern me kaam krta hai,  to uske baad me kya hoga ki jo vertically polarized light aai wo uske baad bhi vertical hi nikalegi,  to iski wajah se iska jo agla polarization filter laga hai, jo ki ek horizontal filter laga hai wo us light ko paar jaane nhi dega aur aapko saamne koi bhi light dekhne ko nhi milegi.
  



Yahi jo complete principal hai yahi kaam krta hai lcd display me . yaha pe aapko jitney bhi pixel dekhne ko milte hai, sabhi pixel ke 3 sub pixel hote hai, in sub pixel ke jo color hote hai wo hote hai RED, GREEN, BLUE  
Humne basically waha pe ek color filter lagaya hota hai, to aise me kya hota hai ki agar  aapne  waha pe koi voltage lagaate hai, to uske baad aap control kar sakte hai us liquid crystal ko aur aap ye bhi control kar sakte hai ki wo light paas karega ki nhi karega, aur agar karega to kitni karega , iske according aap individually red, green aur blue in teeno ki value ko calculate kar sakte hai aur iske baad aapko alag alag colors dekhne ko mil jaate hai.

  

Jo  bhi aap display me dekhte hai ki 16 million color hai,  to ye 16 million colors isiliye aate hai kyuki yaha pe ( RED=256, BLUE=256, GREEN=256) teeno color ki 256-256 values hoti hai aur aap in teeno ko multiply krte hai to aapko kareeb-kareeb 16.8 million aapko dekhne ko  mil jaata hai.
